Painting at Home

Enjoy the Ceramics Cafe experience at home! You can choose any of our shapes to take home with you. Choose from our selection of bright colours, perfectly suited to our bisque.

     When you have finished painting return your creations to the Ceramics Cafe and we will glaze and fire them in our kiln.

Painting at home is perfect if you really don’t have time to paint your item in one go. At home you  can paint a little each sitting then return it to the studio for firing.

Cost to paint at home

It costs about the same to paint at home as it does to paint in the studio. The main difference is how many items you intend to paint and how many colours are required.

Standard Mug

In Studio Cost £9.90 Plus session fee £2.00

Total £11.90

Take Home Cost

Bisque to take away cost: £4.40

Return for Glaze and Firing cost: £4.40

Colours: £3.20 per take home 60ml pot.

Total £8.80 + cost of colour used.

Each price tag in the studio provides the Bisque To Take Away and the Return For Firing charges for your item. Bisque and colour are paid for when purchased. Glazing and Firing is paid when returning your items to the studio.
